2. Use of the site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, or have authorisation from your legal guardian.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: (a) attempt to access restricted areas or third-party systems; (b) introduce malicious code or interfere with the site; (c) extract data by automated means without permission; (d) impersonate others or provide false information.
3. Orders, prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include ITBMS where applicable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order.
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email or messaging. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store card data.
Shipping: stated lead times are estimates. We will inform you of any significant delay. Risk passes on delivery.
Returns and warranties: you have the rights granted by Panama Consumer Protection Law 45 of 2007. To arrange a return or claim, write to hola@panama3d.com within the applicable legal period. Custom or made-to-measure products cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, design, code) belongs to Panamá 3D or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.
5. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
6. Data protection
Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, without prejudice to your consumer rights, including recourse to the Consumer Protection and Competition Authority (ACODECO).
We may amend these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its update date.
