Care: wipe with a damp cloth, no alcohol. Don't leave PLA pieces in a car in the sun: above 55 °C they can warp.
Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Catalog designs are ready in 2 to 4 business days. Custom orders depend on size and quantity; we'll give you an exact date with your quote.
How do I pay?
With Yappy, bank transfer (Banco General, Banistmo) or cash on delivery in the city. For large orders we ask for a 50% deposit.
Will the color look the same as on screen?
Very close. Colors on the site are a reference; if the exact shade matters to you, we'll send you a photo of the filament before printing.
Are the pieces sturdy?
Yes. PLA is rigid and perfect for decor and toys. For pieces that will sit in the sun, in a car or near heat, we use PETG, which handles high temperatures better.
Are the toys safe for little kids?
Our toys have no loose parts, but some are small. We recommend them for ages 3 and up, with supervision.
Can you print a file I found online?
Of course. Send us the link or the STL/3MF file and we'll check that it prints well before quoting.
Do you take orders for businesses and events?
Yes: logo keychains, trophies, wedding and birthday favors, displays and prototypes. Volume discounts start at 20 units.
